Application for Architectural Change Instructions

Please fill out the application in its entirety and submit to Heather Allen via e-mail at hallen@tscmanagement.com  You may also hand deliver, fax or mail your application into:

To avoid delays in processing, please be sure to provide the following information on/with the ACC application:

• Detailed description of request
• Copy of plat survey indicating placement
• Total dimensions to include length x width x height
• Color photos or samples of colors to be used
• Proposed materials
• Copy of city permit if applicable
• 4 neighbor signatures must be adjacent neighbors
• Initial Owner Acknowledgements on Application
• Owner’s signature and date
• One request/item per application

Upon receipt of the completed application and all necessary supporting documentation, your application will be forwarded onto your Architectural Control Committee for review. We will advise you of the Board’s determination as soon as possible.
